Senior Management Consultant – Wealth Management
 

This position offers you, a creative thinker with a positive attitude and proactive approach, the opportunity to apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will take ownership of projects and play a key role in building trusted client relationships and product partnerships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Responsibilities
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects and teams of consultants, taking oversight of delivery work and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Further build up Synpulse USA’s banking practice around digital transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory topics by making key contributions to business development
  • Play a key role in growing the banking team by actively contributing to the recruitment, retention and development of staff
  • Identify new opportunities and support selling activities to both new and existing clients
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise and develop thought leadership by publishing articles and participating in industry events and panel discussions
  • Manage client relationships, overseeing the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organizations
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • A degree in finance, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
  • Experience in technology delivery project/product management preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, an ability to apply analytical approaches, and to communicate effectively and confidently
  • Hands on experience across multiple facets of the software development life-cycle in a range of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.), focused on either requirements definition, systems analysis or technical design
  • Experience managing a test and/or training project stream in the context of a software implementation project
  • Experience in Private Wealth Management and Private Banking is preferred; experience in Investment Management and Asset Management is a plus
  • Experience with CRM, BPM, and Core Banking System is a plus.
  • Experience in Client Lifecycle Management and investment advisory is also a plus
  • Traveling to client sites up to 70% of the time
